The lady at the front desk was very informative, not the most welcoming but efficient. One problem is that I called in to make sure the gate woukd be open and I was told it would be, but when I showed uo it was a big to-do that it was 6:43 and the gates close at 6:45. A miscommunication between the lady at customer service and the gatekeeper almost had me with a truckload of stuff with nowhere to put it. Thankfully he let me in with all my stuff as I was told earlier.
